Congratulations to Rod for winning the February Swiss by winning 4 of 4 games along with a .5 point bye. Rod gained 122 points on his provisional USCF rating to 1730. Clustered right behind at 3.5 were Dean, Vince and Huy in a tie for 2nd. CROSSTABLE HERE
